The Role

Agri Talent is currently searching for a dedicated Recruitment Resourcer in our friendly and dynamic Kelvin Grove office.

We are seeking a high achiever to fill this vital role and become part of a successful team in our expanding organisation.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be an emotionally intelligent and organised self-starter, able to effectively engage with candidates and build strong long-term relationships.

Aligning with Agri Talent’s strategic vision, you will apply your excellent communication and interpretive skills to identify key talent from a pool of skilled workers and connect them to fulfilling roles within the agriculture industry.

You’ll be equipped with great business acumen and able to naturally apply your excellent people management skills across all aspects of the role.

Working to tight deadlines, effective time management and the ability to successfully multitask are key to your success. Peak demand times require you to work overtime which can be taken as time off in quieter periods.

Our industry is impacted by weather events which lead to changing client needs, so adaptability and practical solutions are essential. You will have a genuine interest in the agriculture industry and once proven, you will have a high level of autonomy when it comes to selecting the right people for the positions we have on offer.

  • Interviewing candidates in person and remotely

  • Team updates

Skills and Experience

Confident and capable, as a Recruiter you must be self-motivated and keen to keep learning and developing with the role and the business. You must be organised and outgoing – a ‘people person’, with first class customer service skills and exceptional at maintaining effective relationships.

To be successful in the role, you will need to prove the following:

  • Demonstrated achievement in any field
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and desire to improve this skill
  • Confident phone manner and able to handle a large volume of calls
