Employment, education, and support services for adults with disabilities for over 50 years. With 3 large wholesale nurseries located in the beautiful Mount Evelyn, they produce a wide variety of plants to retailers, landscapers, councils, and more.

The Role

As a Sales Assistant you will be responsible for servicing customer enquiries and providing support to the nursery's inventory and merchandising teams. With an interest in horticulture and exceptional customer service skills, your duties will consist of:

  • Action all general incoming sales calls/emails and direct to the relevant salesperson
  • Assist with maintaining accurate data across inventory, pricing, promotions, and logistics
  • Support social media and website activities
  • Providing professional advice on plant products
  • Assist with various online selling portals
  • Other general sales administration duties as required

About You

With a keen interest in horticulture/wholesale nurseries (or desire to learn), you will be able to provide exceptional customer service skills, along with strong sales expertise. To be considered for the role, it's important you can address the following criteria:

  • Previous experience within a wholesale nursery (desirable)
  • Certificate in Horticulture (desirable)
  • Current driver's licence
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Ability to interact and communicate with people of diverse abilities
