As Territory Sales Manager, your role is responsible for achieving maximum sales performance, profitability and customer service within your specified NSW territory that includes Central West, Hunter Valley, Mid North Coast and Illawarra.

Actively promoting and selling company products, you will assist customers to make optimum profit from company products. You will guide and train Agents, Resellers and Contractors on product features to enhance sales within the territory.

Managing stock distribution and allocations within your territory, you'll develop and implement an annual sales plan and budget, conduct field days and manage trials. You will be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries.

The role requires you to travel extensively throughout the territory with up to 20% - 40% of your time being spent away.

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate is experienced in agricultural sales or related field and will be located centrally within the territory.

An outstanding communicator, you will be professional, self-motivated and able to effectively develop strong relationships with customers and team members. You will have excellent planning, budgeting and time management skills.

The successful candidate will relish being part of a successful team and have an authentic and positive attitude to the job.
