Growing up around family farms and rural properties sparked Rosie’s early interest in the agricultural industry. After finishing school, she spent three years working on cattle stations across North Queensland and the Northern Territory in station hand roles, gaining strong hands-on experience in livestock and station operations.

When Rosie decided to step away from station life, she moved south and worked with her uncle’s agronomy business in North-West NSW. This role provided valuable exposure to broadacre cropping and farm management, including travelling out to client farms and conducting regular pest, weed, and soil assessments.

Returning to Brisbane, Rosie wanted to enjoy city life while remaining connected to agriculture. This led her into recruitment with Agri Talent’s sister company, Agri Labour Australia, where she spent over three years recruiting for large-scale harvest programs and short-term seasonal roles. Working in a fast-paced, high-volume labour hire environment strengthened her organisational skills, industry knowledge, and ability to manage complex client and candidate needs.

With a solid foundation in labour hire recruitment, Rosie felt she was ready to progress into full 360 permanent recruitment with Agri Talent, an area she had always aspired to work in. Supporting clients with permanent, business-critical hires and helping candidates secure roles where they can grow and excel in their careers is what genuinely motivates Rosie and is why she is proud to be part of the Agri Talent team.
