A hands-on feed milling and maintenance professional with more than 15 years’ experience across feed manufacturing, heavy industry and high-volume production environments. Brings strong technical capability across grinding, batching, pelleting, packing and mechanical maintenance, with proven experience troubleshooting equipment issues, reducing downtime and supporting continuous production reliability. Experienced in preventive maintenance, shutdown coordination and operational improvement within both feed mill and industrial processing settings. Known for a practical, safety-focused approach, with exposure to large-scale operations including poultry production, mining minerals and semiconductor manufacturing environments. Currently based in Malaysia and open to relocation to Australia under Subclass 482 visa sponsorship.
