Brings extensive expertise in partnering with operational leaders, organisational change, industrial relations, workforce planning, HR systems and compliance, with significant experience supporting businesses employing large seasonal and PALM workforces. Has successfully led HR functions for complex national organisations, managed transformation and restructures, and developed people strategies that improve engagement, performance and operational outcomes.
