Service Technician (John Deere Certified)

Our candidate is an experienced John Deere Service Technician with more than 11 years of dealership experience working for the authorised John Deere dealer in Malaysia. Throughout his career, he has specialised in the servicing, diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair, and overhaul of John Deere agricultural machinery, supporting customers both in the workshop and on-site across the country. His experience covers a broad range of John Deere tractors from the 3000, 5000, and 6000 series, as well as OEM diesel engines, tillage equipment, and seeding attachments.

He is currently recognised as a John Deere Certified Technician Level 3 and is highly competent in advanced diagnostics, hydraulic and electrical systems, engine overhauls, transmission repairs, ECU programming, injector calibration, and Power Reverser transmission systems. He has also taken a lead role in major agricultural projects, providing technical support, machine commissioning, and field service work, making him a well-rounded dealership technician with strong customer-facing and troubleshooting capabilities.
