General Manager / Head of Operations

A highly experienced agribusiness executive with 25+ years’ experience across stockfeed, grain and commodity markets, food manufacturing and supply chain operations. He has held senior General Manager and commercial leadership positions with full P&L responsibility, overseeing multi-site businesses generating up to $134M in revenue and leading teams of more than 130 people. His experience encompasses manufacturing, commodity procurement, sales, supply chain, logistics, CAPEX, business transformation and operational improvement. He has managed commodity procurement portfolios of up to $156M and 390,000 tonnes across Australia and New Zealand, alongside significant national sales and commercial responsibilities. More recently, he has established and scaled a multi-unit stockfeed operation covering sourcing, production, sales, QA, compliance and profitability. He is ideally suited to a senior leadership role within agribusiness, stockfeed, grain, commodity processing or food manufacturing.
