A self-declared “people person” who thrives on making connections, Justin has been immersed in the agriculture industry his entire life. Having worked as a farm manager in a mixed farming operation, leading research and development for the Department of Agriculture and running his own agri-tourism business in rural Queensland. Additionally, he headed up the Food Leaders Division at Toowoomba and Surat Basin Enterprise (TSBE) – a not-for-profit with over 560+ members and servicing a broad range of agriculture sectors.
With a proven background in business development, Justin is experienced in liaising with decision-makers at the highest level, and believes Argi Talent is uniquely positioned to address skilled labour shortages across Australia. Emphasising the importance of an ongoing and connected process, Justin believes taking a long-term approach to recruitment leads and hiring of the right people for the right jobs – whether that be a hands-on production role’s, or leading the charge in the boardroom.
