Lorenzo comes to Agri Talent with a background of working in the oil and gas sector, where he excelled in sourcing international talent from South East Asia. Experienced in the PALM Scheme program and large-scale labour hire, he spent twelve years working for Rio Tinto and specialised in placing trades-based roles across diverse industries.
Holding a Masters in Clinical Science with a focus on psychology, Lorezno is keen to apply his academic knowledge to the recruitment process – working to understand clients and candidates so he can place the right people in the right roles. Joining Agri Talent as a Global Talent Resourcer in the Skilled Migration team, Lorenzo will manage global talent pools and source talent from South East Asia and Africa.
