Cropping / Farm Manager

Our candidate is an experienced Cropping Manager with a decade of experience in overseeing large-scale operations up to 6,000ha – including cotton. Furthermore, they have a proven track record of meeting company objectives and fostering a positive work culture, and have demonstrated their ability as a collaborative leader with strong commercial acumen and a dedicated, hands on management approach. They are open to opportunities around northern NSW, or within a few hours of Inverell.
