Cropping Manager

Our candidate is an experienced crop manager with over a decade of experience in overseeing large-scale agricultural operations. They are currently managing 5,250 hectares of commercial cereals and 500 hectares of fodder. Previously, they managed a 6,000-hectare mixed cereal farm, and their expertise in crop management ranges from spraying to ordering seed and operating headers. With a proven track record of meeting company objectives and fostering a positive work culture, they have demonstrated their ability as a collaborative leader with strong commercial acumen and a dedicated approach to achieving organisational success. The candidate currently resides in Frankland River, WA and is looking for a new crop management opportunity within a 120km radius of a sizeable town.
