Farm Manager / Operations Manager

A highly experienced agricultural professional with 30+ years’ experience across large-scale irrigated cropping, farm operations, irrigation development and agricultural contracting in Australia and internationally. His background includes managing and improving irrigated cropping operations of more than 25,000 hectares, including cotton and cereals, along with the development and management of a 3,000-hectare drip-irrigated cotton program. His experience encompasses flood and drip irrigation, land development, crop planning, machinery operation and maintenance, mechanical repairs, budgeting, contract management, staff leadership and training. He has also established and operated a large cotton harvesting contracting business and brings particularly strong practical capability in irrigation system design, installation and problem solving.
