Bringing expertise in implementing sustainable farming practices, they possess extensive experience in managing teams, contractors, and budgets, demonstrating commercial acumen, innovation, and a commitment to staff development. With a technical agronomy background, coupled with broad management experience, this individual is open to pursuing management opportunities that allow them to leave their mark – title / seniority is not their key driver.
