Operations Manager / General Manager

A highly experienced agricultural operations leader with an extensive background managing mixed farming enterprises across cattle, broadacre cropping, irrigation and fodder production. He has held Operations Manager and General Manager positions overseeing multi-property operations, including cattle enterprises of up to 15,000 head and cropping programs of up to 15,000 hectares. His experience encompasses livestock production, irrigated and dryland cropping, pasture management, hay and silage production, budgeting, CAPEX, machinery, WH&S and team leadership. He brings particularly strong practical capability across cattle and irrigation systems, including the design and installation of centre pivot infrastructure. Equally comfortable managing business performance and leading teams as he is working operationally in the paddock, he is seeking a senior hands-on management role within a diverse agricultural enterprise.
