Our candidate is an experienced Orchard Manager with over 23 years experience in owning and managing a 180-acre multi-crop orchard. They possess excellent planning and organisational skills and are well-versed in growing a variety of fruits such as pears, apples, cherries, apricots and almonds. They take pride in their knowledge of pest and disease control and are skilled in precise spraying techniques. Recently, they have divested from their orchard and are actively seeking opportunities in orchard management. They are eager to apply their multifaceted skills in cultivation, resource optimisation, and strategic planning to contribute to the success of a dynamic organisation.
