This individual comes with over 25 years’ experience in the agriculture space, from running their families livestock/cropping property in their early career to transitioning into the horticulture space 10 years ago; with the bulk of their experience being on large berry and citrus properties. They are a hands on farm manager and no stranger to operating, maintaining equipment and fixing irrigation. They are looking for a move to QLD, closer to the Sunshine Coast the better – but also open to regional QLD.

HR Manager

Sydney, Newcastle or Orange, NSW 

This individual has over 10 years’ experience in HR Management / HR Business Partner roles, working predominantly within the agriculture, food manufacturing and mining spaces. They are truly passionate about what they do and come with a proven track record in improving systems, processes and culture. They are no stranger to working regionally and open to opportunities.

Farm / Operations Manager | Cropping or Livestock
$100K + Super + house
Wagga Wagga area, NSW

This candidate has a rich history within the agricultural industry. He has been involved in the livestock and property industry for over 40 years, working for large corporations as well as managing a boutique family livestock and property agency. In addition, he has also managed his family’s group of properties over the past 25 years, growing all types of cereal crops along with extensive sheep and cattle operations.

Senior Agronomist / Sales Agronomist / BDM
$100K – $130K + Super
SE QLD or working remotely or DIDO

This individual is highly qualified with great commercial acumen, they come with over 10 years’ experience in agronomy and business development, working across a range of horticulture crops, to include good exposure to mixed-cropping. In previous positions, they have demonstrated stability coupled with a proven ability to mentor and develop teams. They would be open to agronomy consultancy or management roles where they can either work remotely or one with travel weekly or fortnightly, as their family are located south of Brisbane.

Packing Manager
$120K + $130K + Super + car
Open to QLD, NSW or VIC

This individual comes from a diverse packing (horticulture), production and manufacturing background. With over 25 years’ industry experience, mainly in packing, they have demonstrated stability in previous positions coupled with strong technical and continuous improvement experience, handling the implementation of upgrades and the development of food safety systems and teams.

Farm Manager | Mixed-cropping
$90K – $100K + Super
Within 40km of Launceston, TAS

This candidate has worked their way through the ranks from Farm Hand to Management over the last 10 years, with experience on cropping properties up to 10,000 acres, as well as extensive exposure to livestock. They also possess strong operating and maintenance skills and a genuine passion for the agriculture industry. They are looking for opportunities ideally within 40km of Launceston, TAS.

Senior Agronomist / Sales Agronomist / BDM
$100K – $140K + Super – negotiable subject to role
Brisbane based, but open to frequent travel

This individual has recently migrated with their family to Australia from the UK. Highly qualified, they come with over 15 years’ experience in business development and agronomy, working across a range of crops. In previous positions, they have demonstrated stability and a proven ability to mentor and develop teams. They would also be open to sustainability or procurement opportunities, subject to location.

Cropping Operator
$75K + Super + accommodation + work vehicle
Darling Downs region, QLD

During their seven years’ experience in broadacre cropping, this candidate has operated a variety of machinery, from self-propelled spray-rigs to headers. They also possess extensive maintenance experience and have had exposure to livestock, making them an ideal addition to any mixed farming operation.
