Having begun their career as an irrigation engineer in the horticulture industry, this candidate possesses extensive knowledge of the processes involved in surveying, mapping, designing, and rolling out various irrigation/fertigation systems across a variety of horticulture crops, including sugarcane, table grapes, citrus and avocados. They also come with a proven background in management, having worked with a leading Queensland citrus producer and a well-established South African citrus exporter. Our candidate has Permanent Residency in Australia, and will be returning from South Africa to QLD with his family in a few months.
Graduate Agronomist

This individual is an agriculture graduate with farm hand experience on a mixed cropping farm and a passion for horticulture, particularly tree and row crops. Their areas of interest include integrated pest management, soil science and hydroponic agriculture systems. Enthusiastic and willing to learn, this candidate is looking to bring their technical knowledge of horticultural crops to an agribusiness committed to social and environmental sustainability.
General Manager | BDM
$150K + Super + incentive structure
Open to Melbourne or regional VIC
This individual has over 22 years’ experience in the agriculture industry and a genuine passion for the paddock-to-plate production line. They have worked for resellers and farmers across a range of disciplines, including farming, livestock marketing, sales, real estate, business management and business ownership. They are also excited about the development of new technologies and the prospects for transformative improvements to efficiencies and outcomes across the agriculture, farming and energy industries.
Livestock Farm Manager | Sheep & Cattle
$100K + Super + house
Open to relocating Australia wide
This candidate has extensive livestock experience, including experience managing properties running studs and commercial sheep and cattle. They take a holistic approach to continuous farm improvement, sustainability, property development, planning and strategy, with a keen focus on monitoring and maintaining animal health and welfare.
Junior Agronomist | Consultant
$65K – $75K + Super
SA
This candidate has experience both on the farm and in agricultural extension roles, including hands-on grafting of plants, pest, and soil analysis. They are also qualified in Agricultural Economics and have a Masters in Global Food and Agribusiness.
Packing Manager
$140K + Super + car + relocation
National – but close to schools
Collaborative and proactive, this candidate has more than a decade of experience in the management of citrus, avocado and stone fruit packhouses, each equipped with packing lanes of four, six and twelve. This candidate is also capable of deploying cutting-edge technology with a commercial acumen. They are also highly motivated to progress in their career and looking forward to taking on a new challenge within the horticulture industry.
Agronomist
$110K – $120K + Super
Within 1 hour of metropolitan locations
This individual comes from a strong pest and disease management background and is currently working as a Senior Agronomist on a property producing high quality row crops (horticulture). Previously, they worked as a Regional Manager with one of Australia’s leading pest and disease consultancy firms. This candidate comes with proven technical, scientific and commercial skills developed over more than 15 years working across TAS, VIC and NT. The candidate would add significant value to any business adjacent to the metropolitan areas.
Farm Hand | Cropping Operator
$70K – $80K + Super
Roma or the immediate area
Coming from a strong farming background, this individual is adept in machine operation as well as all forms of cattle / station work. They are looking to fit straight into a similar role near Roma, should the opportunity present itself. For family reasons, they are looking to move closer to Roma with their partner and children, and willing to commit to any nearby station or broadacre role.
Nursery Hand
$25 – $27/hr + Super
Melbourne and surrounds
This individual is a skilled Gardener/Nursery Hand with a Cert III in Parks and Gardens. With a strong passion for horticulture and landscaping, her skillset has made her an asset to wholesale nurseries, private landscaping companies, and domestic/commercial garden projects. She has great communication skills and a very approachable demeanour, allowing her to effectively lead teams and work with members of all departments.
Irrigation Hand | Horticultural Assistant

Toowoomba, QLD
With over nine years’ experience working for one of the largest nurseries in Queensland, this candidate has worked his way from a Germination Nursery Hand to an Operations Assistant/Weekend Supervisor. With certifications in Horticulture and experience with a variety of machinery, he is hoping to find a role within a similar industry where he can develop new skills and launch his career.
Project Manager | BDM
$140K – $150K + Super
Currently living in Byron Bay, open to relocating
Independent, fast learning and entrepreneurial, this individual has 15+ years of experience in marketing, sales and business management roles across Australia, Israel, Africa, Europe and Brazil, and is fluent in four languages. They have a track record of exceeding sales targets within the renewable energy, digital, agriculture and food and beverage industries. Currently leading business development and go-to-market strategy for an AgTech company in Australia, they are open to further opportunities within the Project Management or Sales space.
